Job Description - Marketing Manager (Property Industry)

Our CLIENT, a specialist Property Fund which provides customised rental solutions, property management, sectorial knowledge, mentorship, seeks to employ a Marketing Manager.

Responsible for managing, development and execution of a wide range of information materials for external and internal audiences in real estate,
Establish and maintain corporate identity, design standards and policies
Manage freelance designers and consultants,
Work with other units on marketing projects and programmes,
Maintain the advertising and marketing budget, and ensure that each campaign is successful,
Ensure that advertising campaign budgets are delivered in a cost-efficient manner,
Head up marketing campaigns on social media,
Co-ordinate and facilitate distribution of flyers

Requirements

A degree or diploma in marketing and advertising will be advantageous

5 years' experience in various forms of marketing and communications

Valid driver's licence

Must be willing to work extended hours if and when required

Knowledge of retail and commercial property marketing management

Property development marketing (advantageous)

Office programmes like MS Word, Excel, Outlook,

Knowledge of Mail Chimp, social media sites will be advantageous
