A position for a Senior Sales Executive in Dalton has become available within the Company. The purpose of this role will be to be responsible for assisting the business by identifying new business prospects and selling products in all market segments, maintaining relationships with current customers and building and maintaining relationships with new customers. This position will also utilize advanced interpretation of all agricultural products with focus on excellent customer service.

*RESPONSIBILITIES*



a. *SALES*



  • Drive sales through the growth of existing clients.
  • Generate new business opportunities.
  • Master how to get leads and implement a lead generation strategy.
  • Ability to perform all aspects of selling/closing a deal.
  • Complete all required documents on time.
  • Achieve/exceed targeted new commercial calls per month within a specified territory.
  • Generate new sales opportunities by cold calling, networking and client/associate referrals.
  • Maintain acceptable profit margins.
  • Maintain sales quota for each quarter and year as provided.
  • Execute the marketing plan as required.
  • Meet budgeted unit and sales targets
  • Adhere to processes and timelines criteria.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new products.
  • Execute all year demonstration program.

b. *CUSTOMER SATISFACTION*



  • Attending to customer enquiries timeously
  • Overall CSI to be more than 85%
  • After sales contact to be at 100%
  • Develop new relationships within the agricultural community.
  • Requirements:*

*REQUIREMENTS:*



*Qualifications:*

i. *Min:* 3-year Diploma in Sales and/or Marketing

ii. Ideal: Bachelors in Sales and Marketing



*E**xperience:*

i. Advanced experience of all high-tech machines and specialize equipment

ii. Advanced Sales and Marketing experience in agriculture sector

i. Valid drivers license
