Job Description - Media Personal Assistant / Project Administrator

This client in the media industry is looking to recruit a full-time permanent Personal Assistant / Project Administrator to help with onboarding of new clients and managing new IT projects in the media environment. The successful candidate must reside close to Benoni and be willing to work in-office.

Responsibilities:

Onboarding and capturing of new clients

Project manage ongoing IT projects

Assist the director/ founder with various ad-hoc tasks

Searching for information using AI, Linkedin and various other online platforms

Requirements

Must be keen to learn

Coming from a media /marketing environment will be a huge advantage
