Medical Sales - Territory Manager Surgery

Requirements

• Medical Device Sales Representatives are primarily responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with customers and the sale and support of surgical products.
  
• Achievement of sales targets set.
  
• Increase current support base and market share.
  
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide clinical support in theatre and other relevant healthcare environments.
  
• Conduct demonstrations and provide support for capital equipment as well as disposable products.
  
• Increase equipment installed base.
  
• Consignment management.
  
• Weekly and monthly reporting.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, theatre staff, procurement teams and other relevant healthcare professionals.
  
• Identify new business opportunities and grow existing customer accounts within the assigned territory.
  
• Introduce new surgical products and solutions to customers.
  
• Provide product training, demonstrations and ongoing customer support where required.
  
• Provide professional support to customers during procedures, where required and within the individual's level of competence.
  
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's surgical product portfolio and its applications.
  

• Medical-related degree or tertiary qualification.
  
• 2+ years' experience in surgical support, medical device sales, medical sales or marketing of medical products.
