• Implement and enhance financial processes, ensuring compliance and best practices within the team.
  
• Utilise advanced MS Excel skills, including macros, to streamline reporting and data analysis.
  
• Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
