Role Overview:
We are seeking a Microsoft Certified Engineer with strong expertise in endpoint management and modern device administration. The ideal candidate will be certified in MD -102: Endpoint Administrator and have hands -on experience managing devices using Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and related Microsoft Endpoint Manager technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Deploy, configure, and manage endpoints using Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Endpoint Manager.

Implement and support Windows Autopilot for device provisioning and lifecycle management.

Administer Windows 10/11 devices, policies, profiles, and compliance settings.

Manage device security, updates, patching, and configuration baselines.

Integrate endpoint management with Azure Active Directory (Entra ID).

Troubleshoot complex device, application, and policy -related issues.

Support Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) and corporate device strategies.

Maintain documentation and provide technical guidance to support teams.

Required Qualifications & Certifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

3–5 years of experience in endpoint management or modern workplace administration.

Required certification:

MD -102: Endpoint Administrator

Strong hands -on experience with:

Microsoft Intune

Windows Autopilot

Windows 10/11 device management

Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure AD (Entra ID).

Microsoft Endpoint skills are recognized worldwide.
