Job Description: The Quantitative Support Analyst will play a critical role in providing quantitative analysis and support to various teams and trading applications within the corporate bank. This individual will be responsible for leveraging quantitative techniques, statistical analysis, and financial modeling to support decision-making processes, risk management, and product enhancement.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain quantitative models for risk assessment, pricing, and forecasting.

Conduct statistical analysis and data mining on large datasets to identify trends and patterns.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance existing models and develop new ones.

Provide quantitative support for trading desks, risk management, and investment strategies.

Assist in the implementation and validation of models in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Perform ad-hoc analysis and produce reports to support business initiatives and strategic decisions.

Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to quantitative analysis and risk management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in quantitative analysis, statistical modeling, and financial mathematics.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or MATLAB for data analysis and modeling.
• Experience with financial modeling, risk management, and/or quantitative research preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of banking products, financial markets, and regulatory requirements is a plus.
