About the Role
Our client, a design and marketing services company based in Stellenbosch, is seeking a sharp-thinking, digitally fluent designer to join their growing creative team. This role is ideal for a designer who thrives on blending strategy and aesthetics — shaping brand identities, designing for web and social platforms, and producing work that’s both conceptually strong and visually striking.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design projects from concept to delivery across brand, packaging, web, and social platforms.
• Develop cohesive and memorable visual identities that balance creativity with strategic thinking.
• Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams, presenting ideas with confidence and clarity.
• Stay ahead of design trends, emerging tools, and digital innovation.

Salary offered: Market related and dependent on experience, negotiable R25 000-R30 000 per month (before deductions)

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in design or agency environments, with a strong focus on branding and digital design.
• A portfolio showcasing branding, packaging, digital, and print work.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Solid understanding of digital platforms, including web, social, and UI fundamentals.
• Strong typography, layout, and composition skills.
• Highly detail-oriented, organized, and confident in presenting to clients.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities; a collaborative team player.

Bonus Skills

• Experience with motion design, Figma, prototyping tools, or print production.
