We are committed to sustainable practices and environmental stewardship.As the Sand Mining Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our sand mining operations. Your responsibilities will include:Project Management: Develop and execute mining plans, ensuring efficient extraction, processing, and transportation of sand.Staffing: Recruit, train, and manage a skilled team of miners, equipment operators, and maintenance staff.Safety:Knowledge of Mining Health and Safety. Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations to maintain a safe work environment.Equipment Maintenance: Oversee maintenance schedules for mining equipment, trucks, and machinery.Quality Control: Monitor sand quality, ensuring it meets industry standards.Environmental Compliance: Adhere to environmental regulations and promote sustainable practices.Budgeting and Cost Control: Manage budgets, track expenses, and optimize operational costs.Reporting: Provide regular reports on production, safety, and efficiency to senior management.Qualifications:Proven experience in sand mining or related industries.At least 5 years minimum.
