The Role: Mobility Coordinator

As the Mobility Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing seamless international relocations by leading a team of remote consultants and coordinating comprehensive support services for clients. This role involves both strategic oversight and hands-on assistance, ensuring every aspect of the relocation process runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and support a team of remote mobility consultants.
  • Coordinate full relocation services, including housing, schooling, banking, and utilities.
  • Provide expert advice on cross-cultural adjustment and expat life.
  • Liaise with and manage third-party service providers.
  • Negotiate contracts and service agreements on behalf of clients.
  • Draft detailed client reports and maintain accurate records.
  • Communicate effectively through phone, email, and virtual meetings.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with a calm and solution-oriented approach.

About You

  • 3+ years of experience in global mobility, relocation, or related industries.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage remote teams.
  • Strong administrative, negotiation, and coordination skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • First-hand experience of international relocation or extensive travel.
  • Familiar with setting up residence in a new country (e.g., schools, utilities, banking).
  • Comfortable working under pressure and solving problems creatively.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Confident using the phone and taking initiative.

Bonus Points

  • Multilingual capabilities.
  • Background in HR, international logistics, or relocation services.
  • Experience as an expat.
