Motion Designer & Animator Full -Time | On -Site | Bryanston, Johannesburg Salary: R45 000 R50 000

We’re looking for a highly creative and technically skilled Motion Designer & Animator to join our in -house creative team in Bryanston. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on turning ideas into visually engaging content that drives attention, storytelling, and performance across digital platforms.

You’ll work closely with marketing, design, content, and performance teams to create high -quality animations, motion graphics, video edits, and visual assets for social media, paid ads, product campaigns, and brand storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Create compelling motion graphics and animations for digital campaigns, social media, paid media, and brand content
  
• Edit and produce short -form and long -form video content
  
• Animate static designs and bring brand concepts to life through motion
  
• Develop engaging visual storytelling for multiple platforms including Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and web
  
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and content creators to conceptualise campaigns
  
• Maintain brand consistency across all animated and video assets
  
• Stay up to date with design, animation, and social content trends
  
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  

Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience in motion design, animation, or video production
  
• Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, animation, and video editing work
  
• Advanced proficiency in:
  
  • Adobe After Effects
    
  • Premiere Pro
    
  • Illustrator
    
  • Photoshop
    
• Experience creating content for digital marketing and social media platforms
  
• Strong understanding of pacing, typography, transitions, and visual storytelling
  
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast -paced environment
  
• Excellent attention to detail and creative problem -solving skills
  

Advantageous

• Experience with 3D animation (Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar)
  
• Knowledge of sound design and video production workflows
  
• Experience working in an agency, startup, or high -growth environment
  
• Familiarity with performance -driven creative and paid media content
