Job Description - Multimedia Designer

Red Ember Recruitment is seeking to hire a Multimedia Designer will be responsible for creating high -quality, visually engaging multimedia content that aligns with the client’s brand identity and supports marketing, communication, and campaign objectives across multiple digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Design and produce a wide range of multimedia assets, including videos, animations, graphics, infographics, and digital visuals.
Collaborate closely with the Creative Manager and broader creative team to ensure brand consistency and creative alignment.
Develop engaging content for websites, social media platforms, digital campaigns, and presentations.
Create multimedia presentations for both internal and external stakeholders.
Edit, optimise, and adapt video and image content for performance, quality, and platform specifications.
Manage multiple projects concurrently while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in multimedia design and recommend innovative creative approaches.

Requirements

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, or a related creative discipline.
Experience
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a multimedia design role.
A strong, demonstrable portfolio showcasing a variety of multimedia work (video, animation, digital design).

Technical Skills

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
Experience with animation and video editing tools.
Working knowledge of web design principles.
Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is advantageous.
