Job Description - National Customer Service Call Centre Agent

Our client who is seeking a National Customer Service Call Centre Agent for their Head Office in Kempton Park is a leader in hygiene services, committed to providing top-tier solutions to businesses nationwide.

Requirements

  • 5 Years Customer Service Experience
  • 2 to 3 Years Call Centre Experience

Education

  • Matric Garde 12 
  • Diploma in Call Centre

Responsibilities

  • Identify and respond to customer needs
  • Answer incoming calls and log tickets timorously
  • Record all complaints on the system
  • Ensure that all complaints are resolved within the specified times
  • Follow up on customer queries and overdue tickets
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys
  • Assist Key Accounts Manager
  • Schedule call centre activities to facilitate effective execution
  • Manage and analyse customer service levels
  • Respond to complex requirements from clients

Location: Head office in Kempton Park

Salary: Up to R13 000 Cost to Company (CTC) before deductions

Benefits: Performance based Bonus in December

Working hours: 08:00 to 16:30
