New Business Sales Executive - Jhb

The New
Business Sales Executive is responsible for identifying, securing and
onboarding new customers through the sale of logistics and courier
solutions. The role focuses on generating sustainable revenue growth through
proactive prospecting, relationship building, solution selling and successful
conversion of new business opportunities in alignment with individual and
regional sales targets.

·         Prospecting and identifying new business
opportunities within the assigned territory.

·         Building and maintaining a healthy pipeline of
qualified prospects.

·         Conducting sales presentations, solution
discussions and negotiations.

·         Preparing commercial proposals and pricing
solutions.

·         Managing tender participation and responses
where appropriate.

·         Converting prospects into active customers.

·         Collaborating with operational teams to ensure
successful client onboarding.

·         Developing strong market intelligence and
competitor awareness.

·         Building professional networks and leveraging
industry opportunities to generate leads.

·         Maintaining accurate sales activity records and
reporting through CRM and sales systems.

·         Supporting the achievement of monthly, quarterly
and annual sales targets

Requirements

·         Minimum 3 to 5 years' proven B2B sales
experience, preferably within the logistics, transport or supply chain
environment.

·         Valid, unendorsed South African driver's
licence.

·         Own reliable transport.

·         Advanced computer literacy.

·         Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

·         Demonstrated ability to prospect, negotiate and
close new business opportunities.

·         Strong communication and relationship-building
skills.

·         Sound commercial and business acumen
