Inclusion Lead Teacher (SEMH) – Havering – Immediate Start


This specialist SEMH school in the London Borough of Havering is seeking an experienced and passionate Inclusion Lead Teacher to join their team on a full-time, temp-to-perm basis. The school supports students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs who require a therapeutic, relationship-focused approach to education. This is an excellent opportunity for a teacher who is committed to improving outcomes for vulnerable young people and leading on inclusion across the provision.

Inclusion Lead Teacher (SEMH) – What the School is Looking For


The ideal candidate will hold QTS and have experience working with students presenting with SEMH needs, challenging behaviour, or additional barriers to learning. Previous experience within an SEMH school, Alternative Provision, PRU, or pastoral leadership role would be highly advantageous. The school is seeking a resilient, relationship-driven practitioner who can lead by example, support colleagues, and help students successfully re-engage with education.
