Are you a Level 3-qualified Nursery TA looking to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in Redbridge?

We are working with a Good-rated primary school seeking a dedicated Nursery TA to join their Early Years team. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate Nursery TA to become part of a diverse and inclusive school community committed to helping children become confident, resilient and enthusiastic learners.

As a Nursery TA, you will work alongside the class teacher and wider EYFS team to support children's learning, development and wellbeing. The successful Nursery TA will help create an engaging, nurturing and stimulating environment where every child can thrive.

The role of Nursery TA will involve:

• Supporting children aged 3-4 throughout the Nursery setting


• Working alongside the teacher as a proactive Nursery TA


• Supporting engaging, play-based learning activities


• Encouraging children's social, emotional and communication development


• Promoting positive behaviour and independence


• Creating a safe and inclusive environment as a Nursery TA


• Working collaboratively with teachers, parents and the wider school team

The successful Nursery TA will have:

• Level 3 Early Years qualification or above - essential


• Previous experience working with children in an Early Years or Nursery setting


• A nurturing, patient and enthusiastic approach


• Excellent communication and teamwork skills


• A genuine passion for Early Years education


• A commitment to safeguarding and children's wellbeing
