Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a detail\-oriented and reliable Night Auditor for a luxury wine estate based in Franschhoek. This fixed\-term contract role is ideal for a hospitality professional who is confident working independently and ensuring the smooth running of overnight operations.
Salary: R11,000 â R13,000 per month

Key Requirements
Qualifications and Experience:
⢠Previous experience as a Night Auditor or in a similar front office role within a luxury hotel or estate
⢠Strong understanding of front office procedures and night audit processes
⢠Excellent computer literacy and experience with hotel management systems
⢠Solid numerical skills with strong financial awareness
⢠Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal

⢠Ability to work independently and responsibly during night shifts
⢠Strong organisational and administrative skills
⢠Professional and well\-presented
⢠Excellent communication and guest service skills

Key Responsibilities
⢠Conducting the full night audit process in line with company standards
⢠Reconciling daily revenue and preparing financial reports
⢠Ensuring all guest accounts are accurate and up to date
⢠Managing late check\-ins and early departures
⢠Assisting with guest queries and requests during night shift
⢠Handling switchboard and reservations enquiries where required
⢠Ensuring the safety and security of guests and the property overnight
⢠Preparing reports for senior management and the finance department
