Night Auditor

• Responsible for the auditing of all revenue -generating departments on a daily basis.
  
• System maintenance, back -ups and running of the EOD (End of day)
  
• Late check -ins and early check -outs as per Hotel policy and procedures and to deal with any special needs or requests a guest may have during his stay.
  
• All the above responsibilities are executed during a night shift: 22h30 to 07h00.
  
• Will be required to attend daily morning meeting in the absence of the Night Manager.
  

Requirements

• At least 1 year's experience in a 4* or 5 * Front Office position of Receptionist, Night Auditor.
  
• Computer literate.
  
• Front Office, Reservations, Cashiering & Reporting – essential.
  
• Previous Auditing Experience an advantage.
  
• Computer Literate – Windows and experience in Word and Excel essential.
  
• Excellent Communication Skills.
  
• Excellent Guest Relations.
  
• Driver’s License.
