We’re seeking a skilled Out of Hours (OOH) Night Manager to lead our night shift team at our Bree Street office in Cape Town, ensuring top-tier service delivery in a dynamic environment.

Your Role:

• Lead and motivate our night shift consultants to achieve KPIs and maintain high performance.


• Oversee nightly operations, ensuring compliance with company standards and procedures.


• Handle complaints efficiently, adhering to A24 Group’s complaints department protocols.


• Ensure HR policies, including sick and annual leave, are followed.


• Provide regular performance updates to the OOH Senior Manager during monthly reviews.


• Uphold professionalism and foster a collaborative team culture.
