Night Manager

Night Manager | Franschhoek | Luxury Hospitality Property

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all night operations across the property
  


• Ensure exceptional guest service and smooth overnight experiences
  


• Handle guest requests, late check-ins, and problem resolution professionally
  


• Conduct nightly audits and administrative reporting
  


• Monitor security, safety, and operational procedures
  


• Coordinate with front office, housekeeping, and maintenance teams
  


• Ensure all public areas remain clean, organised, and guest-ready
  


• Manage emergency procedures and overnight operational issues
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–4 years’ experience in a Night Manager or similar hospitality role
  


• Previous luxury hospitality experience preferred
  


• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
  


• Excellent communication and guest relations abilities
  


• Good administrative and reporting skills
  


• Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure
  


• Professional presentation and strong attention to detail
