• Oversee and manage all aspects of the financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
  
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP).
  
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
  
• Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accuracy of financial records.
  

• Work closely with senior management to develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
  
• Provide financial insights and analysis to support business decision -making, including profitability analysis, financial modeling, and risk assessments.
  
• Support business expansion efforts through detailed financial planning, scenario analysis, and forecasting.
  

• Lead the annual budgeting process, including developing financial forecasts, setting performance targets, and aligning budgets with business goals.
  
• Continuously monitor and update forecasts to reflect business performance and market conditions.
  
• Provide variance analysis between actual results and budgeted targets, recommending corrective actions where necessary.
  

• Ensure compliance with all tax regulations, filings, and payments, including corporate tax,VAT, and payroll taxes.
  
• Coordinate and manage internal and external audits, ensuring timely and accurate completion
  
• of audit processes.
  

• Strong knowledge of financial management principles, including accounting, budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting.
  
• In -depth understanding of IFRS, GAAP, and other relevant accounting standards and tax regulations.
  
• Proficiency in financial software and systems (AccPac).
  
• Excellent problem -solving and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable recommendations.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross -functional teams and present financial insights to non -financial stakeholders.
  

Requirements

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA SA) with completed articles
