Job Description - Office Administrator - Centurion

Minimum Requirements

  • Years in experience: Min 2 years and more
  • Matric Certificate 
  • Microsoft office 
  • Diploma/Certificate in Related field
  • Great comminication skills 
  • Presentable and professional 
  • Quality assurance skills to maintain company quality standards

Duties and Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities as an Office Manager will be: 

  • Acting as a main point of contact between Senior Management and external stakeholders. 
  • Organising company-wide events. 
  • Implementing practices and policies in the office to assist with daily operations.
  • Negotiating contract renewals with suppliers. 
  • Various HR duties, ranging from recruitment and managing employee life cycle. 
  • Managing Health & Safety across the organisation and ensuring adherence to policies. 
  • Assisting the Managing Director and Sales Director in representing the company on projects and representations.
