About the Team
The Admin Department plays a vital role in shaping an environment where people can do their best work. We believe in treating everyone with respect and in creating a workspace that is organised, uplifting, and intentionally run.



The Role: Office & Reception Manager
You will be part of the Admin team and will report directly to the Executive Assistant to the CEO. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office and acting as the welcoming face of EVG at reception. Your role will also include supporting Terri with ad-hoc administrative requests.
Key Responsibilities
•Ensuring the office is clean, welcoming, and fully operational each day
•Managing the cleaning staff to ensure they perform to the best of their ability
•Managing daily office checklists (kitchens, meeting rooms, reception, groceries & supplies)
•Coordinating contractors, maintenance teams, and IT support when needed
•Assisting with office events, offsite meetings, company cultural events
•Assisting with the on-boarding of new employees and creating the welcome packs
•Keeping shared spaces tidy, functional, and prepared for staff and client use
•Managing incoming deliveries, courier collections, and general office logistics
•Sorting out parking with the Sunclare security team for anyone visiting the EVG office.
•Greeting visitors warmly and ensuring they feel taken care of from the moment they arrive.
•Supporting internal teams with small tasks that help the wider business run efficiently
•Flight and hotel accommodation bookings for the leadership team
•Credit card reconciliations for the company credit card
•Monitoring and maintaining stock levels across all office consumables
•Flagging any issues early and taking initiative to resolve them before they become disruptions
