Receive and process structured settlement instructions, monitor the settlement lifecycle, resolve escalated exceptions and respond to client queries requiring investigation outside of normal procedures to optimize the number of transactions that settle within deadline.

Seasoned knowledge and experience in a Securities Lending operations environment and of operating systems (BDA and IS Online is essential. Experience in supervision of a small team and Advanced Excel skills, proficient application of JSE rules and directives and knowledge of reconciliations.
