On-Site Supervisor

The successful Candidate will be required to maximise the Branch’s profitability by leading the team to their full potential and achieve the business objectives.

● Responsible for Management of Sales and Financial performance of the Branch

● Manage and Develop all Employees and maintain constructive working relationships with all customers and employees in the branch

● Develop, Mentor and performance manage against the sales and expenditure budgets

● Identify new business opportunities and extend market share

Candidate Requirements

● Matric

● IMM Diploma or equivalent will be an added advantage

● Minimum 5 years within the tyre industry, specifically commercial and OTR Tyres

● Minimum 2 years technical experience

● Sound working knowledge of Computer and Admin Systems – MS Office and OMNIX Retail System
