Where will the successful candidate fit in?



The successful candidate will be required to assist with on\-site support for Consumer and Business customers.

Job Duties:



  • On\-site support for Consumer and Business Customers where required.

  • Configure and troubleshoot WiFi and Fibre related products and services at customer site.

  • Providing on\-site support and being the liaison between RSAWEB & the Customer.

  • Documenting and reporting of support activities conducted.

  • Responsible for the electrical and hand tool inventory to be used for onsite support.

  • Company Vehicle – maintenance and repairing, updating of Logbook, arranging collections and deliveries.

  • Assisting with general office maintenance and support tasks as required.

  • And any other reasonable task.






Requirements



  • Completed grade 12 or equivalent.

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role providing onsite support for Wifi and/or Fibre services.

  • 1 year providing telephonic technical support.

  • A+ and N+ certifications are beneficial.

  • Basic network infrastructure implementation.

  • Excellent customer engagement ability.

  • Organised, punctual and professional.

  • Valid Driver’s License is essential.

  • Problem solving skills, hard\-worker, self\-driven and motivated.
