What you need to have:

• Relevant experience in a brokerage / insurance  or finance company

• Comprehensive technical understanding of insurance products and markets,  

• Very good English skills

• Excellent communication, negotiating and interpersonal skills

• Goals and sales oriented attitude

• Strong ability to sustain the relationship with clients

• Team player, results’ and clients’ needs oriented approach

• High level of independence and responsibility at work
