Operations Coordinator

1.Batch Preparation and Compounding: Accurately measure and weigh ingredients according to specified formulas and production instructions. Mix ingredients using appropriate equipment and techniques to ensure consistency and quality. Operate compounding equipment and machinery safely and efficiently. Provide guidance and support to junior compounders to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively. Assist in training new compounders and providing ongoing training and development opportunities. Operate and monitor compounding equipment to ensure optimal performance. Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of compounding equipment to ensure proper functioning. Assist with troubleshooting and minor repairs of equipment as needed. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required. Report any safety hazards or incidents to the Production Manager immediately. Comply with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner. Assist in maintaining and updating compounding logs, databases, and other records. Collaborate with the research and development team to assist in the development of new flavour formulations. Provide input and feedback on new formulations and production processes. Participate in pilot runs and trials for new products. Assist with inventory counts and reconciliation.
