Operations Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced operations professional to join our team from October 2026.

This is a full-time, office-based position in Durban.

This position would be ideal for someone who is dependable, organised, hands-on, takes ownership of their work, and understands the importance of delivering an excellent customer experience.

• Relevant experience in travel. tour operations, group travel or event operations
• Strong knowledge of accommodation, transport, flights, itineraries, and supplier coordination
• Experience managing bookings, allocations, travel documentation, and operational deadlines
• Excellent administrative, organisational, and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
• Confident working with booking, reservation, and CRM systems
• Manage our enquiry email boxes and overall data hygience in our CRM system
• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
• Excellent supplier and customer communication skills
• A proactive, accountable, and solution-driven approach
• Sports travel or major-event experience would be an advantage
• Minimum 3 years'work experience in either a retail travel agency, tour operator or similar
• Offer administrative support to the CEO (such as staff travel, functions, and office administration)
