Then you might be the Operations & People Culture (HR) Manager one we’re looking for!

Operations & HR manager 
In this crucial position, you're the driving force behind achieving our operational goals and maintaining high-quality standards. As Operations Manager, you help us ensure that the operations within the office in Cape Town run as efficiently as possible. You will manage client projects and be closely working on the backbone of projects and ensuring that daily tasks run smoothly. This includes responsibilities such as human resource, recruiting, forecast company costs, optimize working processes and guard the quality and financial control of our projects.

You will also be responsible for managing the office assistant and be closely working with the MD. The cool thing about this job is that you get to collaborate a lot with the entire team and if you see any improvements, you can implement them right away!

As a HR manager (but we like to call it People and Culture!), you will contribute to the development of our People & Culture policies in Cape Town and make sure this is run efficiently as possible. You are a people person with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong desire to make a meaningful impact.  We are proud of our team5pm culture and you will think along on a tactical and operational level how this can always be implemented within our Cape Town office. You will actively participate by taking on administrative HR- and recruitment tasks for the Cape Town office. But we also like to include you in the cool ongoing projects to make sure you learn as much as possible and contribute to the whole team5pm culture.

team5pm Cape Town consists of 12 South African professionals who operate and have fun like a true community. The team works closely with their colleagues in the Netherlands, the Nordics and Poland. That makes us all a big family!

What are we looking for?

You are pro-active and you work in a structured manner and always see opportunities for efficiency improvements. They can’t drive you crazy, you’re optimistic and you love organizing things.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• Minimum of 5 years agency experience
• Great knowledge of English language
• Experience in media production
• Experience in the field of Operations
• Experience in the field of Human Resource Management
