You’ll be at the heart of strategy, performance, and operational excellence, making sure our people, platforms, and workflows run at their best.

What you’ll be doing

• Standards & Strategy – Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity, and reliability.


• Systems & Analytics – Monitor, measure, and improve information management systems and analytics across operations.


• Continuous Improvement – Lead business process and system enhancements to drive efficiency.


• Operational Oversight
  – Manage the efficiency of daily business functions and ensure smooth delivery.


• Reporting
  – Prepare reports on the performance of internal controls, processes, and systems, and recommend improvements.


• Risk & Compliance – Oversee risk management and ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.


• Ad Hoc Projects – Take ownership of business improvement initiatives as they arise.

What you bring

• 5+ years’ experience in cloud accounting,  business operations, process improvement, or systems management.


• A CA(SA) or similar qualification. 


• Experience in implementing automated systems and proven ability to design, manage, and optimise processes and systems.


• Proficiency with Google Suite, Xero, Dext, Simple Pay, and similar cloud-based systems.


• Meticulous attention to detail, deadline, and solution-driven


• Strong understanding of risk management, compliance, and internal controls, and excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage across teams.
