Operations Manager - Die Shop

An established manufacturing operation is seeking an
experienced Operations Manager to lead and oversee Die Shop operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational
efficiency, managing production processes, maintaining high quality standards,
and leading a high -performing team within a fast -paced manufacturing
environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage
  and oversee all Die Shop operations
  
• Maintain
  and monitor die performance databases and reporting systems
  
• Analyse
  die performance trends and implement improvement initiatives
  
• Liaise
  with production, planning, drawing office, and die manufacturing teams to
  improve operational performance
  
• Ensure
  die availability and optimal production scheduling
  
• Oversee
  nitriding equipment and ensure process compliance
  
• Lead,
  motivate, support, and develop operational teams
  
• Drive
  continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiencies
  
• Monitor
  and control operational expenditure and equipment performance
  
• Ensure
  adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies
  
• Investigate
  customer complaints and implement preventative actions where required
  
• Promote
  a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
