You Bring:

• Expert understanding of Excel and Financial Reporting

Bonus to have:

• Diploma\ Degree\ Certificate in Retail, Strategic or project Management
• 3-year experience in Operations, Supply Chain or equivalent experience preferred

 What You’ll Do For The Brand:

1. Branch & Regional Support

     Purpose: Keep branches operational and support management teams.

     Activities:

• Branch support and assistance
• Regional support visits
• Liaison between Regional Management and Head Office
• Live issue resolution
• Betting support

 2. Compliance, Risk & Investigations

     Purpose: Protect the business from losses, fraud, and operational failures.

     Activities:

• Audit query management.
• Compliance monitoring
• Fraud investigations
• Suspicious transaction investigations
• Robbery and break-in incident management
• Shortage investigations and Recovery processes
• Trend analysis and Risk mitigation

 3. Financial Control & Profitability

    Purpose: Improve financial performance and reduce unnecessary losses.

    Activities:

• Cash management support.
• Write-off monitoring and reporting
• Expense management
• Financial query resolution
• Revenue-generation initiatives
• Profitability analysis

 4. Reporting, Analytics & Governance

    Purpose: Provide operational visibility and management information.

    Activities:

• Weekly and monthly reporting on performance and issues
• Competitor analysis and Headcount reporting
• VIP tracker submissions and Betting risk mitigation
• Trend analysis
• Management information preparation

 5. Projects, Process Improvement & Innovation

    Purpose: Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

    Activities:

• New project rollouts
• Process redesign, SOP and Policy development.
• Automation initiatives
• Operational efficiency improvements
• Change management

6. Management Support and Specific Investigations

    Purpose: Support Executive Management and execute tasks in specific task teams

    Activities:

• Availability: Being on call 24/7 (On cellphone – Unless approved by your line manager of not being available on cellphone) to offer Region\s in your portfolio with Operational Support.

Tasks: Undertake operational tasks assigned by Hollywood’s Directors and Executive Managers, including ad-hoc assignments from Management across the entire Hollywoodbets group, ensuring timely completion within specified deadlines
