OTC Specialist (Office Based)

• Managing credit exposure and supporting credit‑granting processes in line with policy and risk standards.
• Completing daily cash applications, reconciling bank statements, and escalating missing transactions.
• Processing transactional and payment corrections accurately within agreed SLAs.
• Running monthly payment vendor reconciliations and reporting anomalies to management.
• Working with DCA vendors by responding to queries promptly and following collections legislation to help reduce bad debt.
• Improving the debtor’s book through validation, authentication, and accurate updates to customer information.
• Supporting the Call Centre with back‑office responsibilities for OMS accounts and systems.
• Managing the storage and retrieval of financial documentation, including digital and physical records.
• Collaborating with OTC vendors and upholding all controls and policies.
• Producing regular AR reports and sharing updates with key stakeholders.
• Handling additional OTC-related tasks as needed.

• Experience in credit control, accounts receivable, or OTC processes.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work accurately and meet deadlines.
• Solid understanding of credit risk, reconciliation, and financial controls.
• Confident communicator able to work with internal teams and external vendors.
• Someone proactive, organised, and committed to improving processes and customer experience.
• Comfortable working with financial systems and managing sensitive data responsibly.
