Position: Out-of-Hours Team Member

Location: Bree St, Cape Town

Hours: Evening shifts and weekends

The below is just an example of where the hours will range between. 

Weekday Evenings: 

Between 4pm to 1am - Depending on the shift

Weekends

Between 7am to 1am depending on the shift 

Night shifts

Between 1am to 10am

• Provide exceptional support and service outside of standard business hours, ensuring smooth operations in the evening and over weekends.


• Navigate and manage multiple online systems, processing requirements swiftly to meet and exceed customer expectations.


• Utilize your excellent PC skills to keep our digital world running smoothly.


• Employ your superb communication skills to interact with customers and team members, solving problems and driving sales with a positive, can-do attitude.

Requirements:

• Must be able to work weekends and have a flexible approach to shift patterns.


• Proven experience in a role requiring excellent PC and communication skills.


• Ability to work in a high-paced environment, with efficiency and accuracy.


• Experience in sales or a customer-oriented role is highly advantageous.
