Our client is looking for a Paid Media Lead to work on the execution and optimization of our

global paid media programs across multiple business units. This role is responsible for developing high

performing campaigns, managing significant advertising budgets, driving measurable business outcomes

through data, and embracing AI, automation, and experimentation to improve performance.



Paid Media Strategy & Account Management

• Develop and execute paid media campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta, and other paid channels.
• Manage and optimize annual paid media budgets.
• Develop audience strategies, including audience segmentation, retargeting, lookalike audiences, intent-based audiences, and account-based marketing (ABM) audiences.
• Plan campaign architecture across the full marketing funnel, aligning audiences, messaging, creative assets, and calls-to-action to awareness, consideration, and decision stages.
• Collaborate with the CRM team to leverage first-party data and customer audiences across paid media campaigns.
• Design lifecycle and retargeting strategies that support lead nurturing programs and sales outreach efforts.
• Drive lead generation, lead quality, and campaign performance across multiple business units.
• Identify opportunities to reach new audiences through testing of platforms, targeting strategies, and ad formats.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and provide paid media expertise and recommendations.

Analytics, Tracking & Reporting

• Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders.
• Work closely with Web, Analytics, and CRM teams to support accurate tracking, attribution, and campaign measurement.
• Utilize GA4, Google Tag Manager (GTM), dashboards, and reporting tools to analyze performance.
• Monitor and optimize key performance metrics, including CPL, CPA, CVR, ROAS, pipeline contribution, and customer lifetime value (LTV).
• Translate campaign data into actionable recommendations that improve performance and business outcomes.

AI, Automation & Innovation

• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve campaign management, reporting, audience insights, and operational efficiency.
• Recommend new tools, features, and technologies that enhance paid media performance.
• Contribute to improving processes and best practices across the paid media function.
• Stay informed on emerging AI capabilities, advertising platform updates, and performance marketing trends.

Experimentation & Optimization

• Develop and execute an experimentation roadmap across audiences, creatives, bidding strategies, and landing pages.
• Design, implement, and evaluate A/B tests to improve conversion rates, lead quality, and campaign effectiveness.
• Share learnings and best practices to continuously improve campaign performance.
• Test new audience acquisition strategies, creative approaches, and campaign formats to drive incremental growth.

• 7+ years of marketing experience in B2B Paid Media.
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, with experience across Meta Ads and other paid channels.
• Strong understanding of the B2B marketing funnel and how paid media supports lead generation, nurture programs, and sales outcomes.
• Experience developing audience targeting strategies, including retargeting, lookalike audiences, intent-based targeting, and ABM audiences.
• Proficient in GA4, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and paid media attribution.
• Experience managing paid media budgets exceeding $1M.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (C1 or above).
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven and commercial mindset.
• Experience creating data dashboards and communicating performance insights.
• Experience working closely with CRM, Web, Analytics, and Sales teams.
• Passion for AI, automation, experimentation, and continuous optimization.
