About the Role:
We are hiring a Paid Media Manager, Paid Social to build, launch, and manage paid acquisition across Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, and Axon by Applovin.
You will play a critical role in campaign execution and performance, from uploading creatives and verifying QA to pacing, optimizing, and managing daily channel health.
This is a hands-on role that requires precision, strong workflow management, and the ability to execute a high volume of ad uploads while staying aligned with overall growth strategy. You will also support analysis, creative testing, and reporting to help the team scale efficiently and profitably.

What You’ll Do
Build, launch, and manage campaigns across Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, and Axon by Applovin, ensuring flawless execution and proper naming conventions, targeting structures, creatives, and UTM tracking
Take day-to-day ownership of select channels including setup, pacing, optimizations, and performance monitoring
Perform detailed QA using internal checklists to ensure accuracy across ad copy, landing pages, audiences, formats, and platform requirements
Upload and organize a high volume of weekly ads (50 plus per week) across multiple formats (1:1, 4:5, 9:16), ensuring deadlines are met
Maintain organization within project management and creative tools such as Asana and Air
Support reporting and analysis by monitoring performance in Motion, Northbeam, and analytics dashboards and surface insights to improve efficiency
Partner with the Growth Marketing Manager and Creative Strategist to implement creative testing, identify winning combinations, and refine performance
Track platform updates and test new formats, features, placements, and creative approaches to stay competitive
Contribute to process improvements that help the team move faster and scale campaigns effectively
What We’re Looking For
1 to 3 years of experience in paid social ad operations, media buying, or digital marketing execution
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager is required
Experience with Pinterest, TikTok, or Axon by Applovin is strongly preferred
Strong understanding of paid social campaign structures including audiences, placements, naming conventions, and budget pacing
Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to spot errors before campaigns go live
Comfortable working in analytics tools such as Motion, Northbeam, and GA4, and supporting insight generation
Strong project management and communication skills with the ability to manage deadlines and collaborate in a high-volume environment
Self-starter capable of owning campaign execution and maintaining organization across multiple workflows
Experience with Asana, Air, Motion, and Google Sheets is preferred
