Minimum Requirements:
Minimum 1 years' experience in vehicle preparation and flatting
Must have experience working in an approved panel shop
Must be skilled in flatting, sanding, masking preparation and surface preparation
Able to prepare repaired panels correctly before painting
Must understand different sanding grades and preparation processes
Must be able to identify imperfections before the vehicle enters the spray booth
Must work neatly, efficiently and to a high quality standard
Strong attention to detail is essential
