PA/Operations & Compliance Assistant

Our client is an established gambling and betting operator with online sports betting, casino games, live betting, virtual entertainment, and land-based gambling operations in Namibia. The business is expanding its online casino and betting operations and requires a senior gambling industry leader to oversee both digital and physical operations.

Role Overview

To support management with PSP applications, provider onboarding, due diligence documents, company KYC packs, AI-assisted admin, and gambling-related operational systems.

Job Type: Permanent/Full Time

Location: South Africa

Workplace: Remote from SA to hybrid for a visit once a month or every second month to Namibia.

Requirements

• Preferably has gambling, betting, casino, PSP, fintech, compliance, or provider onboarding experience.
• Strong document control and follow-up ability.
• Comfortable using AI tools and online systems.
• Good written English and professional communication.
• Able to handle sensitive company, financial, and compliance information.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and track PSP applications.
• Prepare provider and aggregator onboarding documents.
• Manage due diligence files for PSPs, banks, game providers, and platform vendors.
• Maintain company documents, UBO files, source-of-wealth/source-of-funds files, compliance documents, and KYC packs.
• Assist with forms, follow-ups, document submissions, and supplier communication.
• Coordinate documents between our clients
• Assist with payroll, cashflow records, staff records, reports, and management admin.
• Work with AI tools, Claude, ChatGPT, Telegram, WhatsApp, dashboards, and monitoring systems.
