The Role: Payroll / HR Administrator
This role supports both HR and payroll operations, ensuring accurate and compliant payroll processing alongside efficient HR administration. Youll play a key role in maintaining employee records, handling queries, and supporting recruitment and statutory processes.
Key Responsibilities
2–3 years payroll/HR administration experience required
Maintain accurate employee records and manage attendance tracking
Process weekly and monthly payrolls
Prepare and submit statutory reports (PAYE, UIF, SDL)
Assist with recruitment administration and onboarding
Respond to payroll and HR-related queries
Support compliance with internal policies and labour legislation
About You
2–3 years experience in a payroll or HR admin role
Proficient in Sage, VIP, or Pastel payroll systems
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Organised and able to handle multiple tasks
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Discreet and professional in handling sensitive information
