Responsibilities : 

• Maximizing sales and ensuring the effective operation of all store activities


• Meeting the highest standards of customer service excellence as per company guidelines


• Providing customers with current product knowledge and up to date relevant information


• Adhering to all company and store policies and practices


• Ensuring the successful operation of the store by closely following directive as instructed by Store Management


• Meeting set store sales targets


• Maintaining a professional attitude and attire at all times


• Building and motivating staff members, ensuring enthusiastic liaising between customers and staff


• Respecting fellow colleagues and considering their ideas and input, leading to teamwork that


• rendering passionate and extraordinary customer service


• Upholding Company’s name and standards at all times


• Assisting with opening and closing procedures as required


• Assisting with store launches sales and stock takes in store when necessary


• Adhere to the Non-negotiable standards


• Assist with Opening & Closing of physical store done every day

Job Specifications : 

• Educational Requirements


• Nutritional and Health background


• A Secondary School Diploma or Equivalent


• +- 2 Years Experience beneficial


• No previous sales experience is required as on-the-job training is provided

Other Skills : 

• Ability to communicate with customers and store team members


• A commitment to customer service excellence


• Ability to move or handle delicate merchandise and climb ladders when required


• Ability to work varied hours/days as required in a retail environment
