During this 18-month programme you can look forward to:

• Automation Expertise: The ability to understand, design, implement, and effectively use automated systems and tools to enhance efficiency and productivity. This involves adaptability, problem-solving, understanding workflows, project management, technical expertise, collaboration, and quality assurance.
• Business Intelligence (BI): The ability to collect, analyse, and interpret data to support decision-making and strategic planning which includes, Data analysis, reporting, data management and strategic thinking.
• Client Relationship Management (CRM): The ability to build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients, equipped by strong communication, customer service, negotiation and data management skills.
• Collaboration: Achieving a common goal through the ability to work with other effectively, using communication, teamwork, creative problem solving, flexibility and conflict resolution.
• Data Analytics & Measurement: The ability to interpret complex data through technical proficiency and analysis, presenting it clearly using visualization tools and storytelling. This includes defining metrics, collecting, validating, and analysing data to support decision-making.
• Operations Commercial Acumen: Extended through financial literacy, Strategic Thinking, market awareness, Risk Management and decision-making, you will gain the ability to understand and apply business and financial principles to optimize operational efficiency and drive profitability.
• Operations Risk Management: Risk identification, risk assessment, mitigation strategies and compliance through monitoring and reporting is critical in the ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks that could impact an organization's operations.
• Process Management: The ability to design, implement, monitor and optimize business processes to achieve organizational goals by effectively documentation.
