Investing in a graduate program for our Savings and Investments business is essential to ensure we cultivate the next generation of financial leaders who are equipped with innovative, forward-thinking strategies.

This program will enable us to attract and develop top-tier talent with diverse perspectives, ultimately driving sustainable growth and stability. Key responsibilities:

• Market Research and Analysis:
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs.
  • Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for product development and improvement.

• Product Development Support:
  • Assist in the development and enhancement of savings and investment products.
  • Collaborate with segment, execution and product managers to ensure products meet market demands and regulatory requirements.

• Data Management:
  • Collect, organize, and analyze product performance data.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to track product metrics and KPIs.

Honours in:

BCom General or a related field

Honours qualification to be completed by 31 December 2025.

Minimum requirements:

• South African Citizen
• Should you have work experience, it should not exceed 12 months 
• Full academic transcripts to be submitted with application for undergraduate and postgraduate studies.
