ENVIRONMENT:
A highly experienced, professional and meticulous Personal Assistant is sought by a Boutique Software company to join its team. Your role will entail checking staff scheduling, scheduling internal and client meetings, assisting with quotes and proposals while organizing travel arrangements and assisting with family needs like transport, appointments, and doctors' appointments. The successful incumbent requires basic Accounting knowledge and a valid Drivers License preferably having your own vehicle. Candidates must live in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town.
