Planner

The Planner supports the development and management of project schedules, working closely with project teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of project activities. This mid-level role involves maintaining schedule integrity, tracking progress, and assisting in reporting and forecasting tasks under the guidance of senior planning or project control staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of project schedules using planning tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Work with project managers and engineers to update schedules based on current progress and project changes.
• Monitor and report on schedule performance, highlighting any delays or deviations from the baseline.
• Participate in planning and coordination meetings to align project timelines with resource and deliverable requirements.
• Maintain planning logs, documentation, and progress reports in accordance with project standards.
• Support the integration of subcontractor and supplier schedules into the overall project plan.
• Track critical path activities and support analysis of project risks and opportunities.
• Assist in preparing look-ahead schedules, forecasts, and recovery plans when necessary.
• Adhere to project control procedures and reporting requirements.
• Maintain schedule data accuracy and version control within the planning system.

Bachelor's Degree / Advanced Diploma in Built

5-7 years in planning and/or project Management
