Key Responsibilities Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, including floors, surfaces, and equipment. Wash dishes, cutlery, pots, and pans, ensuring they are clean and stored appropriately. Assist chefs with basic food preparation tasks such as peeling vegetables, chopping ingredients, and portioning. Manage waste disposal and recycling, adhering to company policies and environmental standards. Receive and store deliveries, ensuring proper rotation and organization of stock.
