Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, including floors, surfaces, and waste areas. Assist with basic food preparation tasks as directed by the chefs, such as peeling vegetables. Manage waste disposal and recycling, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Receive and store deliveries, ensuring proper rotation and organization of stock.
