Preservation Agent

We are seeking a detail-driven and analytical Risk & Fraud Analyst to join our team. This role is responsible for monitoring transactional activity, identifying risk trends, investigating chargebacks and refunds, and supporting revenue protection efforts.

The successful candidate will play a key role in detecting irregular patterns, preventing financial loss, and managing client disputes with professionalism and sound judgment. This position requires someone who combines strong analytical ability with confident communication skills.

• Transaction Monitoring & Risk Detection


• Review online transactions to identify suspicious activity and fraud indicators.


• Analyze behavioral patterns and detect emerging risk trends.


• Investigate flagged cases and document findings clearly and accurately.


• Maintain structured and up-to-date risk reports.


• Contribute to improving internal controls and fraud prevention processes.


• Chargebacks & Refund Investigations


• Investigate chargebacks and prepare well-documented dispute cases.


• Review refund and cancellation requests to ensure compliance with company procedures.


• Analyze transaction history, payment data, and communication records.


• Ensure timely case handling and accurate reporting.


• Client Communication & Retention


• Engage directly with clients disputing transactions or requesting cancellations.


• Apply strong negotiation and objection-handling skills to preserve client relationships where appropriate.
  


• Manage sensitive conversations with professionalism, clarity, and confidence.


• Identify root causes of disputes and provide practical, policy-aligned solutions.


• Compliance & Quality Oversight


• Review calls and written communications for accuracy and potential risk exposure.


• Escalate procedural gaps, misrepresentations, or compliance concerns when identified.


• Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure consistent standards and risk awareness.
