Role Overview
The Private Chef will be responsible for planning, preparing, and executing customised meals that meet specific dietary requirements, preferences, and lifestyle needs, while maintaining exceptional standards of quality, presentation, and discretion.

Key Responsibilities
• Design and prepare tailored menus based on client preferences and dietary requirements
• Prepare daily meals and occasional event catering as required
• Manage kitchen operations, including stock control, procurement, and cost management
• Ensure strict adherence to food health, safety, and hygiene standards
• Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen environment
• Adapt menus and services to changing needs with flexibility and professionalism

Requirements

        • Diploma in Culinary Arts

• Proven experience as a Private Chef or in a similar high -end culinary role

• Strong culinary skills with attention to detail and presentation

• Knowledge of diverse diets and nutritional requirements

• Excellent time management and organisational skills

• Ability to work independently and manage kitchen operations end -to -end
