LOCATION: Hyde Park, Sandton

SALARY AND BENEFITS: R800 000 – R1.2 mil p/a negotiable based on experience

DESCRIPTION / SYNOPSIS:

Our client is a black owned private equity investment Company, with a large and impressive investment portfolio. They are looking to expand their team and are looking for an astute corporate finance specialist, with strong experience in private equity, due diligence and advisory. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Qualified CA(SA)
• CFA Qualification advantageous
• 3 – 4 years post article experience in a Corporate Finance role
• Experience in Due Diligence and Valuations
• Experience in pitching investment cases/opportunities

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Private Equity Executive will join a specialist team and some key tasks will include:

• Valuations
• Due Diligence
• Financial Modelling
• Deal Structuring
